His professional Fitness and Personal Training services are bespoke, designed for each client.
James has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. He gained a degree in health and fitness management from the university of Southampton. He has a GP referral qualification for liasing with
doctors and physiotherapists in case of injury or psychological issue. He is a level 2 nutritionist.
He has competed in powerlifting competitions and played semi professional rugby, adding to his sports knowledge. He also has a level 3 strength and conditioning qualification, useful for
the sporting industry and to help you improve your personal goals:
